Attention should be paid to the matching tolerance of FAG bearings
The following problems should be paid attention to when choosing the matching tolerance of FAG bearings
1. In order to make full use of bearing and bearing capacity, the bearing inner and outer ring must be circumferentially supported.
2. There shall be no relative movement between the FAG bearing sleeve and its mating parts, or the mating surface will be damaged.
3. One of the inner and outer rings of the floating bearing must be able to adapt to the changes in the length of the shaft and box, that is, it can make axial movement.
4. Only N and NU cylindrical roller bearings can be moved internally.
Bearings should be installed and disassembled as easily as possible.
In order to meet the first two requirements, the inner ring and outer ring of the radial bearing are in principle closely matched.However, if the floating bearing must be moved axially or the non-separable bearing must be capable of mounting and dismounting, the two rings cannot be fitted tightly; at least one ring is impossible.In this case, the bearing ring subjected to local or cyclic load is a decisive factor.If the direction of the load relative to the ring remains unchanged, the gap fit can be used, while the other ring rotates relative to the direction of the load, then the tight fit can be used in principle.
The N and NU cylindrical roller bearings can be fitted tightly on both rings at the same time, as the length compensation can be made within the FAG bearings and the outer rings can be separately installed inside the bearings.
When bearing is subjected to heavy loads, especially impact loads, it is required to have a large overbalance and a more rigid shape tolerance.
The temperature between the inner and outer rings of the FAG bearings reduces the radial clearance.This should be considered when selecting radial clearance groups.
